More to see in Greece
The local residents are distinguished by such character traits as sentiment and nervousness at the same time. In critical or responsive situations they can show tolerance and resolve any conflict with ease. There are different culture and communication in Athens. You will not find a word "ne" in any dictionary of the Greek language. Here it often means "yes", and instead of the word "no" the locals often say "oohs". The indigenous people have never been very punctual, so they can be late even for an important business meeting. The detailed research of the Greek pyramids showed that some of them are much older than the oldest Egyptian pyramid, Djoser pyramid. The Greeks were the first people on earth who began to erect the huge stone pyramids for ritual purposes. The best are two pyramids, … Read all

Navagio Beach

From the series “The Hidden and Hard-To-Reach Beautiful Beaches”
Located on Zakynthos Island, the Navagio Beach is popular with the followers of the peaceful rest. Literally one can translate the beach name as 'the shipbreak' from the Greek. It is still unclear how the ship has been so high on the shore, perhaps the strong flood or storm has driven it on the sand coast. The beach is surrounded by the high rocky walls that penetrate deep into the sea and completely exclude the possibility to land on the coast.

To the picturesque sandy beach can only be … Read all
