You can go to conquer the waves on the Mediterranean coast. Very popular spots can be found in Andalusia, in Cadiz and Tariff. However, the waves here are quite low, and therefore only suitable for those who are just learning to stand on the board. Professionals should go to the Canary Islands, Tenerife, Lanzarote, and Fuerteventura. You can go to the islands at any time of the year. In  winter, professionals will be fighting with the waves on the coast of Tenerife. Beginners will feel themselves more comfortable in Lanzarote. In Andalusia, Murcia and Catalonia, windsurfing is popular too. You can ride a board with a sail on the beaches of Tarifa, Almeria, and Pontevedra. In the central part of the country, you can windsurf in El Atazar and San Juan near Madrid. Copyright www.orangesmile.com
