Alonissos is not the biggest island of the Aegean sea. However, those who enjoy long walks will find routes of different difficulty and length. You can reach Chora in less than an hour, following the steep road. There are amazing views which won’t live anybody indifferent. You can also go to Gérakas, a shepherd village. But the way to the settlement is quite long. But you don’t have to move on foot, you can take a bus or rent a car, a motorbike or a bicycle. Diving fans will love the island.
