Sudak is famous for its unique historical monuments and archeological districts. The spectacular monument of the Middle Ages is the Genoese Fortress built in the 14th-15th centuries. The fortress is located on top of the bluff rock that made the construction almost impregnable. Exactly this fact let the historical monument survive to this day. Now, the medieval fortress is a place where historical festivals and performances are regularly held. It is very interesting to visit the fortress in the context of the usual sightseeing tour. The top of the mountain has a spectacular view of the resort area. The guests of Sudak can combine the sightseeing with active entertainments by visiting the big modern waterpark. Its square is over 2 hectares. On the territory of the waterpark, there are pools for children and adults and different rides.
