Although Norrköping cannot offer lots of entertainment centers, one of the country's most famous amusement parks - Kolmarden - can be found in the vicinity of the city. It occupies a vast area, and part of the park is occupied by the largest zoo in Sweden. The oldest dolphinarium in the country is also located here. The center is open for visitors all year round. The zoo that first welcomed visitors in 1965 has collected many rare animals from all over the world. Here you can see Amur tigers, giraffes, Asian elephants, and wolves. Visitors to the park can enjoy many interesting entertainments. Playgrounds and rides for children are equipped here in the warm season. The most unusual attraction is called “Safari”.
