Greece - moving around the country
The busiest and most basic routes are air-conditioned. However, in remote regions, the bus service operates old vehicles. Buses from villages outside the resort areas run daily. The most remote settlements are serviced only 1-2 times a week. The cost of a bus ticket is about 4 euros per 100 kilometers. However, the most grandiose construction is the temple of the god of the sea, Poseidon, built in the 5th century BC. The temple is partially destroyed. Nine of the sixteen columns and the remains of the frieze with images of mythical heroes, have been preserved to these days.
