At the resort, there are a lot of preserved beautiful old villas that are now considered as main architectural monuments. One of the most beautiful villas is called Ksenya built at the beginning of the 20th century. The first owner of the luxurious villa in the modern style was Countess V. A. Tchuykevitch. The building is distinguished by the diversity of terraces and loggias. Today, this historic building is in private ownership, so no excursions are organized here. The resort guests will have an opportunity to admire its exterior. When walking through the historical district, you can see other beautiful villas built over a hundred years ago. Fans of water entertainments should visit the waterpark called the Blue Bay. This waterpark is one of the largest and most popular on the Crimean peninsula.
