Climb the Queen's Staircase
At the end of the XVIII century, 600 slaves created a stone staircase in one of the limestone mountains located in the central part of Nassau. Its creation lasted for 10 years. This staircase was called the Queen's Staircase. The height of the structure is 38 meters. The number of steps carved into the mountain corresponds to the number of years of the reign of the British Queen Victoria.
