1. Most shops and public institutions begin to serve customers no later than 9:00 am. During the day, the lunch break is possible that may last for two or three hours. Saturday is a half-day, and Sunday is a day off, but some of larger shopping centers are working seven days a week.
2. The most popular souvenirs among tourists are textile products and handicrafts made of ceramic. Quality clothing and accessories can be purchased at the open market and in shopping centers, in the latest the cost of the goods will be slightly higher.

6. To rent a car you will need a standard set of documents: a passport, a driving license of international standard and a security deposit. Before the formalizing it’s necessary to ask about the insurance, it should be included in the rent tariff. Customers under the age of 21 may be denied service.
7. La Coruna is very quiet and peaceful city, but travelers shouldn’t lower their guard. In public places and on a beach personal belongings have to be monitored closely. It’s better not to take valuables and large sums of money with you without the special necessity.
