Finding proper resort in Attica isn’t a difficult task. There are elite beach resorts and solitary areas untouched by man hand. Vouliagmeni and Glyfada are two elite beaches located in Athens suburban area. Phaliron is the one of the most popular public beaches in Attica. It's located not too far from the center of Athens. It’s a nice place to rest for those who aren’t afraid of people crowds and lack of equipment; however, it's worth to go there early in the morning, otherwise it will be very difficult to find a free space to settle down.

Loutsa sand beach is situated in the eastern part of the capital. It's an excellent place for taking sun baths and for walking around. The beach is also very popular among surfers and has excellent surfing conditions though the year and even in winter months. There is also a popular sport center offering training courses by professional trainers.

Alimos public beach is situated in the southern part of Athens. This fine-sand beach is very popular among locals, but it’s usually very quiet in morning hours. People start to flow in afternoon and in the evening it's getting really crowded. Varkiza resort beaches are the best fit for secluded vacations. However, these lonesomeness beaches are well-developed and provide opportunities for very different kinds of rest.

Charming Voula sand beaches are very popular among young tourists. It’s an excellent place for families with children; it has great sports equipment and fairly low entrance fee. Apollonies Aktes beach is the most popular in Voula. It offers a huge selection of entertainment options for its guests; evening shows and concerts may be an excellent round-up for holidays.
