There is the sacred mountain of Hushan in China. Many fans of privacy and unusual sights dream about rising to its top. There, you can find the main and the greatest attraction - the Chess Pavilion. According to one legend, Emperor Zhao Kuangyin has been playing chess with the sage Chen Tuan in that pavilion. The emperor has lost three games to the sage, after which Chen Tuan became a full-fledged master of the mountains.
On top of the Hushan there is a long winding road, whose length is about 12 km. Almost all the way the narrow mountain trail is surrounded by cliffs. While climbing the mountain, you can see a lot of amazing natural and historical attractions. Many beautiful legends are associated with the pavilion. Besides it, there are several ancient temples. You can admire spectacular gorges and mountain views from mountain’s top.
