Regent Theatre, Australia The unique Rococo building miraculously escaped destruction during the years when the theater was closed. The city authorities have repeatedly called for its demolition. However, the building of the old theater has repeatedly managed to defend thanks to local artists and influential people from among the residents. Some wealthy citizens tried to buy the historic building. It was expected to be destroyed in the event of prolonged desolation.

At first, it was planned to open a car park in it. The poker club was supposed to be open there later. But none of these projects were destined to come to life. The theater lost almost all the original elements of the interior during the years when it was in disrepair. Only the luxurious design of the ceiling remained unchanged. The various elements of the interior were restored according to old pictures in the course of reconstruction. Red tones prevail in the interior of the theater today. Exquisite fabrics in the style of past years and artful finishing elements covered with gold adorn it. Next - Sheas Buffalo Theatre
