Cuvillies Theatre, Germany Initially, its main box in the stalls was formed for the most prominent city nobles. The second row was intended for representatives of the lower noble strata. Court employees could occupy the third row. The very first performance took place at the Cuvillies Theater in 1781. It was the Opera of Mozart "Idomeneo". The luxurious interior of the theater was miraculously preserved to this day.

All the luxurious decorations and design elements were taken from the theater when the war began. They were kept in a safe place during wartime. Such precautions were not in vain. A high-explosive bomb hit the theater building in 1944. It had destroyed it almost to the ground. The theater was completely restored by 1951 thanks to the presence of old drawings. Legendary historical decorations decorated it once again. The historic theater continues to be the most important cultural center for Munich. The most interesting world premieres regularly take place in it. Next - Dolmabahce Palace
