An aquarium, which is able to surprise even the most experienced travelers, is in Perth, Australia. AQWA features the luxurious design. The volume of its main tank is more than three million liters. The main attraction for the visitors is walk through a transparent tunnel, the length of which is 98 meters. The Australian coast is rich in the most diverse marine life. To make acquaintance with them easier, the territory of the oceanarium is divided into five thematic areas. They are dedicated to the inhabitants of the coast of Perth, the Big South Coast, Marmayon Marine Park, Far North and Shipwrecks Coast.
AQWA Aquarium is a true historic landmark of Perth; an amazing story is related to its opening. The founder of the center is one of the richest men in Australia, Morris Kahn, who in 1970 opened some of the largest amusement parks in the country. His son loved snorkeling and during one of the dives damaged his eardrums, so further scuba diving was out of the question. To console his son, Morris Kahn decided to build for him the best aquarium in the continent, which travelers from around the world are eager to see these days.
