Barberstown is one of the most popular tourist destination castles of Ireland. It is located near the village of Straffan. The hotel was opened in the castle in 1971. William Sutton was the owner of the fortress in the early 17th century. He was a descendant of one of the most powerful aristocratic families in the country.
