The construction project is managed by Shelbourne Development today. The company plans to implement it in full compliance with the original one. Externally, the high-rise building will resemble a huge drill. It will be aimed upwards for more than 600 meters. Its total area is estimated at 915,000 square meters. All this space is planned to be given for the arrangement of residential premises. It is planned to equip about 1,300 apartments in the skyscraper. Their minimum cost will be 5 million US dollars.
