Leaning Temple of Huma, India

You can see the ancient Huma Temple in India. It is located in the vicinity of the village of the same name. This miniature temple impresses travelers not so much with its architectural features as with its disastrous leaning. It seems that the temple is going to collapse right now. Its top remains perpendicular to the ground despite the huge leaning of the building. This ancient temple is dedicated to the God Shiva. The exact date of its construction is unknown.

The first official mention of the building dates back to the end of the 17th century. Its first complete reconstruction was ordered by King Baliar Singh at this time. The temple is located in a very complex geological area. It was built right on the rocks on the bank of the Mahanadi River.
