New buildings were built for it. Many historical buildings managed to survive unchanged to this day.
The arsenal has been converted into a museum today. An interesting collection of military and naval exhibits is kept in it. Visitors will be told about the history of the arsenal during a visit to the museum. It is difficult to imagine that about 16,000 workers were constantly working here in the early Middle Ages.
