Castle Howard is a stately home in North Yorkshire, England. It is a private residence of the Howard family for more than 300 years. The castle was built on the cusp of the 17th and 18th centuries under the order of earl Carlile. The building was finished in 1712, and until nowadays, it is the most magnificent Baroque building in Great Britain.
