Parc Asterix is one of the most popular amusement parks in France and is only a part of Paris Disneyland. The Parc Asterix, dedicated to the Roman-Gallic theme, is a water park and therefore welcomes visitors only a couple of months a year. The park was opened in 1989 and is located in the picturesque suburb of Paris Playe. Today, more than 30 attractions are presented on its territory.
As mentioned above, in Asterix, the water abstractions are predominant. At the disposal of the fans of the breathtaking entertainments are 6 roller coasters in the park. After the interesting attractions, the park guests can visit the dolphins show or wander into the fairytale forest of the druids and buy the original souvenirs in the local shops. Recently, the hotel was built in the park, which is also open only a few warm months a year. The park visitors can taste the delicious specialties in the magnificent restaurants.
