We recommend ordering additional no-excess insurance that covers your risk (franchise), since the franchise amount for cabriolets in USA is quite high.

Make sure to inspect the rental invoice issued at the office in Oklahoma City and compare it with the information indicated in your voucher. Sometimes, rental officers make 'unintentional' mistakes in rental invoices.

In parking garage, examine the vehicle for defects and scratches carefully. If you find any of them, check whether they have been specified in your rental document.

When parking a cabriolet in Oklahoma City, it is recommended to unfold the roof and close windows in order to prevent theft or robbery.

Drivers, who are caught drunk, are due to severe fines. Open bottles with alcohol also cannot be transported inside a car – you will be fined for that. In order to avoid trouble, it is better to move alcohol to the trunk.
A large part of highways has six lanes - three lanes in each direction. The right lane is the "slowest" one, and the least loaded lane is the left one.
The easiest way to leave a highway is to move to the right lane. According to an unspoken rule, local drivers will always make way for a car that is going to make a maneuver. If you are about to leave a highway from the side exit, do not forget to turn on the left-turn signal.

Rental, parking and other info on Oklahoma City Airport (okc)
Will Rogers World Airport (mostly known as Will Rogers Airport or simply Will Rogers), is a central aviation hub of the state of Oklahoma. It lies ten kilometres from downtown Oklahoma City, the capital of the state. The air terminal bears the name of the actor and cowboy Will Rogers, who was born in Oklahoma. During World War II, the airfield was a training facility and a base for the United States Army Air Forces. Although the airport does not handle international flights, it is Oklahoma's busiest airport in terms of total passenger traffic. The airport services more than 5 million people a year. The passenger terminal is divided into three concourses, which are the Central, West and East Concourses.

Oklahoma City is accessible from the airport by bus departing from Greyhound station. Dedicated bus routes provide transportation for military men and recruits. At Will Rogers World Airport, you may proceed from the lower level of the passenger terminal to the Transportation Plaza, where taxi, limousine, van, and shuttle services are available. The cars of transport network companies (Uber and Lyft) pick up passengers on the upper transportation level, next to the terminal. Read all...
Enjoying sights of Oklahoma City in cabriolet
Oklahoma City would be a great destination for those enthusiastic about religious sights, as it has some wonderful monuments of sacred architecture to offer. An outstanding one is St. Joseph Old Cathedral that was completed in 1931. In 1995, during the Oklahoma City bombing, the building was badly damaged but subsequently restored in 1997. The church itself is a vivid example of the Gothic Revival. One should not also miss St Pauls Episcopal Cathedral built in 1904 in the Norman Gothic style. During the bombing of 1995, the building was damaged too, and it took about two years to rebuild it.

Besides the already mentioned, the city has many beautiful museums. Of special interest is the Museum of Osteology acquainting visitors with skeletons of various animals. This is an amazing place to broaden one's horizons, and children will especially like it. However, they also cannot help but enjoy the Oklahoma Railway Museum demonstrating many trains of various types and times. The most interesting part of the tour is a train ride. It is also worth visiting the American Banjo Museum presenting a huge collection of banjos of various kinds, as well as the 45th Infantry Division Museum. Among the exhibits of the latter are uniforms, military documents, mock-ups, weapons, World War II military vehicles.
