Children under 12 years old can be transported in a vehicle only if it contains a special child seat and seat belts that fully comply with height and weight of a child. Children under 3 years and children whose height is less than 150 cm can only travel in the back of a car.
If the abovementioned rules are not followed, this will result in a fine of 40 euro (for transportation of one child) and 50 euro (if several children are transported).
