Guarulhos International Airport in Brazil is a large airport of international significance. It is used as both a civilian and military airport. Car rental offices are placed in the arrival area of Terminals 1 and 2. Several desks of vehicle hire firms are found opposite the baggage claim area in these terminals. These firms are Alamo, Hertz, Movida, Unidas, Focus Car Rental, Brasilia Rent A Car, Rentalcars, National, and Localiza. Such companies as Foco and Budget provide a free shuttle service to their car rental offices.

Besides, the number of vehicle rental facilities is located just outside the airport, at a small distance from it, next to the parking lots. They are Localiza (Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo, Cumbica Guarulhos – SP 07190-100) and Focus Car Rental (Av. Monteiro Lobato, 4550 – Cumbica Guarulhos – SP 07190-100).
