On weekdays, in the period between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm all parking spaces in settlements are paid. On Saturday, during the period from 9:00 to 13:00 only parking lots located in the downtown are paid, and on Sundays it is possible to park for free.
It is usually allowed to park a car for no longer than an hour and a half at parking lots located in the city center. If you need to park your car for a longer period, it is better to use the services of underground parking.
In big cities you can also find the so-called "blue parking lots". It is very easy to distinguish them thanks to blue road markings. If you want to use such a parking, you will need a card-timer, which can be taken free of charge in the nearest tobacco shop. It is permitted to leave the car at such parking lots for no longer than three hours.
