The Grand Theatre in Warsaw remains the most famous culture landmark in the country. The opening of the theatre took place in the beginning of the 19th century; in 1939 the building was severely damaged and then restored. Wiezienie Montelupich Prison

The prison is located on Montelupich Street in Krakow. It also received the status of a historical landmark. It is considered one of the worst Nazi prisons in the world. It was used by the Gestapo throughout World War II. Political prisoners were kept in prison cells. Deserters, as well as Soviet and British spies captured during the war, served their sentences here. It is estimated that about 50,000 prisoners were held in the prison between 1941 and 1944.

The prison continued to be used for its intended purpose for some time after the end of the war. Interrogations of Polish soldiers were conducted in it. Szkieletor Skyscraper

You can see the unfinished Szkieletor skyscraper in the heart of Krakow. Its height is 92 meters. It was planned before the start of construction that this skyscraper would be the tallest not only in Krakow but also in Poland as a whole. Construction of the skyscraper began in 1975.
